These are the terms under which you use Nightwires. By browsing the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Nightwires is operated by Christian Alcides Tavares Canuto, Sole trader (entreprise individuelle), based at 4, rue Gaston Thorn, L-4543 Differdange, Luxembourg. Full contact details are on the imprint page.

What we do

Nightwires is a discovery feed for concerts, DJ sets, and festivals. We aggregate event data from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, Dice.fm, and others), combined with editorial picks. We don't sell tickets — we link out to the original ticket provider.

Event data

Event information on Nightwires is provided for discovery purposes. We do our best to keep it accurate, but:

• Dates, lineups, venues, and prices can change without notice
• Events may be cancelled, postponed, or sold out by the time you click through
• Always confirm details with the ticket provider before travelling or buying

We're not responsible for decisions you make based on the feed. We're a signpost, not a guarantor.

Your account

When you sign in with a magic link, you agree that:

• The email address is one you actually control
• You won't share your sign-in link with anyone else
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account
• You're over 16 years old (we don't serve minors under 16, see our privacy policy)

What you can do

• Browse the feed, search, and filter freely
• Save events and follow artists for email notifications
• Click through to external ticket providers
• Share links to the site. Embed a sentence or two about an event with attribution if you're writing about it elsewhere.

What you can't do

• Scrape the site or our API to build a competing product. If you want commercial bulk access, email management@nightwires.com and we'll talk.
• Reverse-engineer, re-use, or republish large portions of the feed without written permission
• Use the site to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or circumvent rate limits
• Create accounts for other people without their consent, or use throwaway emails to evade rate limits
• Upload or submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringing

Third-party content and links

Event descriptions, images, and venue details are sourced from third parties. We don't own them, we don't endorse them, and clicking through means you're entering someone else's site under their terms. We're not responsible for what happens there.

Intellectual property

The Nightwires name, logo, design, editorial copy, and software are our property or used under license. You don't gain any ownership rights by using the site.

Event titles, artist names, and ticket information belong to the respective rights holders. We use them for identification and editorial discovery under fair-use principles.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up. We can't promise it will never go down. Planned or unplanned downtime, data refresh delays, source-API outages — these happen. We aren't liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Luxembourg and EU law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from use of the site — including missed events, wrong prices, unavailable tickets, or events you travelled to that turned out differently than advertised.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU or Luxembourg law.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, or by emailing management@nightwires.com. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email signed-in users and update the date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes go to the courts of the City of Luxembourg, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to sue in your country of residence.
